Adding a new layout
Layouts make it easier to keep a level of consistency throughout the site. These can be used to save time when creating several similar pages.
- Hover over the Content tab at the top.
- Select Layouts from the drop down menu - You will be able to select an existing group or add a new one.
- On the right-hand-side of the page there is a button called Add a layout, click this.
You will then need to enter details to add the group. The fields are:
Name This is the name of the group.
SlugThis will generate automatically from the name and will appear in the URL to show you the path of the page.
ParentYou have the option to nest your groups within other groups.
Hide from public listsYou can choose whether to make your group public or not.
Editing a group
Choose the group you'd like to edit from the group list, click on either the title or edit to get started.
